What is the Best footwear for a cattle farm?

i am going to a cattle farm in a couple weeks and i was wondering what is the best footwear for just working not riding? like shoes, working boots, hiking boots??

Working boots would be best, unless you plan to stay inside.

Rubber boots. You can get them at a farm store, like Fleet Farm. They wash off easily and they go high enough up that you don’t have to worry about crap getting in your shoes! They can also slip right over normal shoes, like tennis shoes (which are comfy).

why not try out safety gumboot. one with a steel toe.

you can put on steel toe gumboot.
